I don't know what it is called, but it is very flat and rectangular with apple filling.  The donut dough is folded over many times (not a turnover) making the thin shell crispy.    CRISPY DONUT!!!  YUM!  The glaze was perfect.  This is a must get donut.  I've never seen this donut anywhere else
